• Knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
• Understanding of internal controls, compliance, and relevant accounting principles; experience supporting audits or reviews is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, project managers, and leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (such as CPA or CMA) is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Controller, senior accountant, or similar role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or another project-driven industry.
• Ability to work on-site in Willis, TX, and maintain a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
