Qualifications

• 2 years of catering experience in a service or operations capacity required.
• Must be computer literate, experience with catering software preferred.
• Illinois BASSET Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days required.
• State and Local Sanitation Management Certification or ability to obtain within 30 days required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and set up daily breakfast and lunch orders onsite.
• Coordinate with the onsite team for necessary equipment delivery.
• Monitor all onsite pantry inventory levels and manage orders.
• Ensure catering areas are cleaned after each use.
