Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units.
• Complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of onboarding.
• Confirm service times with customers and complete services at their sites.
• Pick up parts daily from assigned Fed Ex or UPS stores for territory.
