Qualifications

• One year of Help Desk or Deskside Support experience.
• DLA CE Cert IA Role/Function: Help Desk Tier II & III may be obtained upon hire.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction at every level.
• Manage and prioritize service tickets effectively.
• Operate communication-computer systems and associated hardware and software.
