Paul Davis Triad-West is seeking a highly organized Compliance & TPA Manager to lead the performance, compliance, implementation, training, and continuous improvement of our third-party administrator programs. This role serves as the organization’s primary subject matter expert on contractual requirements, service-level agreements, scorecards, customer experience measures, and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in restoration, construction, insurance, or related operations.
• Experience with third-party administrators or insurance-related programs.
• Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, audits, and training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead current TPA relationships and monitor program performance.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, SLAs, and documentation standards.
• Monitor metrics, identify risks, and drive improvements.
• Conduct audits, provide actionable reports, and track actions.
• Manage escalations and onboarding for new TPAs & partnerships.
• Develop and deliver training on compliance and TPA topics.
