Qualifications

• Hospitality/co-working space experience is helpful.
• Hands-on, hands-on problem solving to achieve results.
• HubSpot experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting, tours, follow-up and documentation in the process.
• Greet prospective members and collect walk-in information for CRM.
• Provide 100% customer service and resolve issues promptly with escalation as needed.
• Assist reporting on occupancy, sales, marketing and financial goals.
• Support events and community networking activities.
• Perform front desk duties and manage mail/packages.
• Assist with billing processes and collections as needed.
