Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven success in apartment property management.
• CPM designation or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid experience with financial performance analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop on-site teams with professionalism and positivity.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily property operations to ensure customer satisfaction, property condition, and financial performance.
• Directing maintenance activities, including unit turns and repairs.
• Ensuring market-ready apartments and collaboration with leasing teams.
• Leading leasing team to meet occupancy goals and retention strategies.
• Managing operating budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Building relationships with residents and handling escalations professionally.
• Conducting regular property inspections for safety and cleanliness.
• Managing vendor relationships and approving invoices for quality and cost control.
• Guiding the team through change and process improvements.
• Analyzing rental rates and market trends to optimize performance.
• Driving community engagement and high-touch resident services.
