You will perform routine, emergency, and preventative repairs, handle basic plumbing, electrical work, and light carpentry, and work closely with property management to meet Avesta's standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with general apartment and building repairs including basic plumbing, basic electrical, painting and light carpentry.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort with performing routine maintenance tasks in occupied apartments.
