Job summary

Cressy Commercial Real Estate LLC is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to oversee day-to-day management and financial performance for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties in Indianapolis. This is a full-time, primarily on-site role with some flexibility to meet business needs.

You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and tenant communications while ensuring asset value and financial objectives are achieved.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial property management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Indiana real estate broker's license preferred or ability to obtain.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with Yardi or Corrigo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial performance and provide monthly reporting.
• Review and approve accounts payable and invoices.
• Develop operating budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.
• Monitor revenues, expenses, and variances; advise on actions.
• Analyze data to improve property performance and value.
• Track work orders and related property expenses.
• Oversee daily operations and maintenance standards.
• Coordinate with vendors; supervise maintenance staff.
• Develop tenant relations and communicate with clients.
• Participate in onboarding of new properties.
• Assist with tenant move-in/move-out procedures.
• Conduct property inspections and QA; identify issues.
