Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in commercial property and casualty insurance, product management support, underwriting, or a related function.
• SERFF experience preferred but not required.
• Industry designations such as AINS, AU, ARM, or CPCU preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of commercial lines products, forms, rules, and rating plans.
• Support revisions and enhancements from concept through implementation.
• Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for improvements.
• Prepare recommendations for product changes based on analysis.
• Maintain product documentation including coverage comparisons and guidelines.
• Coordinate filing preparation and regulatory submissions with state departments.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to translate business requirements into technical specs.
