Edconic is seeking a Program Coordinator for Collegiate Programs in New York, ensuring smooth delivery of on-site and hybrid activities across Sotheby’s Institute of Art, Vogue College of Fashion, and School of The New York Times. You will support planning, faculty onboarding, materials, student welfare, and stakeholder coordination, with evening/weekend hours as needed. Immediate start and permanent, full-time status.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant admin or program support experience.
Experience in education or student services is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in New York and occasional evenings/weekends.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Responsibilities
Coordinate on-site program operations, including scheduling, logistics and events.
Onboard faculty and guest speakers; manage contracts and payments.
Maintain clear communication with students, staff and external partners.
Support in coordinating pre-program orientations, and student engagement activities.
Track budgets, process invoices, and assist with financial reporting.
