Incredible Flavors in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Coffee Equipment Installation Technician to install, service, and maintain espresso machines at client sites in Florida. This on-site role requires travel and strict adherence to safety standards.

You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and train customers on equipment use, while keeping accurate service records. A solid mechanical/electrical background and ability to lift heavy gear are essential; a valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• Experience as a coffee/equipment technician preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems involved in coffee equipment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high‑pressure environment.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions.
• Effective communication skills to adequately train and guide customers on equipment use.

Responsibilities

• Install coffee and espresso machines at client locations.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs of coffee equipment.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment use.
• Diagnose issues and determine timely repairs.
• Manage inventory of parts for installations and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure installations meet safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with team to enhance service quality and efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends in coffee equipment.
