Job summary

Agora Refreshments in the Seattle area seeks a field service technician to perform on-site service and repairs for coffee and water systems that cannot be moved easily. You will diagnose issues, walk customers through solutions, and ensure installations meet safety and quality standards.

You’ll manage van stock, complete service tickets, and maintain excellent customer service in line with Agora’s 24-Hour Service Promise, while training on current equipment lines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and manage overtime on service calls.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Diagnose and solve problems from customers’ non-technical descriptions.
• Strong working knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide services and repairs on location for coffee and water systems.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures over the phone when needed.
• Complete service tickets and meet customer needs efficiently.
• Assist service department revenue goals including filter change revenue goals.
• Maintain and restock van parts inventory; ensure parts are invoiced from inventory.
