Job summary

Agora Refreshments is seeking a Sr. Field Service Technician to service coffee, water and beverage machines across Seattle and surrounding areas. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service equipment, manage parts and perform routine maintenance while ensuring client satisfaction and quality service.

The role runs Monday through Friday with 7:00 am to 3:30 pm hours. A valid driver’s license, ability to lift 40 lbs, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in servicing and repairing coffee and water equipment such as DJD, Wellsys, Follets, Bevi etc
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Contribute to the team atmosphere
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 40lbs frequently
• Location: Seattle and surrounding area

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing coffee and water equipment
• Servicing/cleaning coffee systems and related equipment
• Managing truck parts inventory
• Changing coffee and water filters at client locations
• Completing service calls on Agora coffee/water equipment in the greater Seattle Area
• Performing filter changes and PM on equipment
• Following warehouse processes and inventory controls
• Ensuring systems are clean and working after service
• Continued equipment training on current equipment lines
• Assisting in lifting and moving heavy equipment
