Job summary

Cenergy Plumbing seeks a Multifamily Plumbing Superintendent for full-time, on-site work from Wilmington to Charleston. You will oversee plumbing installation on multifamily projects, coordinating crews, scheduling, inspecting work, and ensuring compliance with plans, codes, and company standards.

You will lead field teams, review plans, manage materials and subcontractors, and collaborate with general contractors and other trades.

Qualifications

• Strong plumbing knowledge with commercial and multifamily systems.
• Experience reading blueprints and specifications for construction projects.
• Supervisory and field leadership experience.
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations.
• Willingness to travel Wilmington to Charleston and work on-site throughout the project schedule.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crews and schedule work.
