Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating machinery in a machine shop or manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail; able to follow established processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machinery, load parts, run programs and monitor output.
• Operate and support equipment including vertical mills, large-format 3D printers, vacuum forming, plate bending and sanding.
• Work with Production Manager to build skills through hands-on training and progress toward independent setup.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and adhere to processes.
