Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous CNC machine operation experience required.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 33 lbs.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality and reliability.
• Detail-oriented, team-focused, and eager to learn.
• Experience with measuring tools and working to precise tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain multiple CNC 3- and 4-axis grinding machines.
• Load and unload components while performing dimensional and visual inspections.
• Accurately record inspection results and production data.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain tooling and ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Support the training of new operators when necessary.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met at all times.
