Job summary

You will act as study coordinator for designated studies, work under the Director of Clinical Research, and ensure compliance with FDA, OHRP, and GCP guidelines. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Arkansas with current practice status.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years clinical nursing in hospital/clinic.
• CPR certification required; nursing competency per scope.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and GCP concepts.

Responsibilities

• Ensure protocol compliance at each study visit with thorough documentation.
• Recruit and screen participants for eligibility per protocol.
• Perform clinical tests (vital signs, ECG, imaging) and assess side effects.
• Educate patients on medications and disease treatment plans.
• Document data in patient charts to meet protocol requirements.
• Coordinate study activities and ensure FDA/OHRP/GCP adherence.
• Maintain regulatory documents and assist with data reporting.
• Interface with sponsors, PI, monitors, and participants.
• Assist with handling investigational drug and participant education.

Education

RN license (Arkansas)
