Job summary

ENDO is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support the clinical research team in daily trial operations. You will engage in direct patient interaction, study coordination, and data support in a fast-paced on-site environment in McKinney, TX.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and with a team. Prior clinical research exposure is a plus, and phlebotomy experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, or in a related healthcare role preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required or strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clinical research experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recruitment through pre-screening and scheduling
• Prepare source documentation and visit binders for study visits
• Request and manage medical records as needed
• Ensure completion of e-diaries by study participants
• Check patients in and out for study visits
• Coordinate participant compensation
• Answer and route incoming calls professionally
• Maintain inventory of lab and study supplies
• Perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and specimen processing
• Obtain vital signs and perform EKGs/ECGs
• Maintain accurate study documentation and master logs (ICF, enrollment, patient IDs, etc.)
• Enter data into EDC systems and resolve queries within 24 hours
• Maintain daily temperature logs and regulatory documentation
• Record adverse events and assist with sponsor reporting requirements
• Support additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned
