Job summary

The Geneva Foundation is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the MIRROR Program at Fort Jackson, SC, coordinating research activities alongside the Principal Investigator and study team. This on-site role involves data collection, participant recruitment, on-site regulatory tasks, and report generation as assigned.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in clinical research, knowledge of CFR/GCP/ICH guidelines, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2–4 years clinical research experience preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit, research or healthcare settings desired.
• Competence in oral and written communication.
• Organized, detail oriented with professional demeanor.
• Flexible with changing priorities and diplomatic communication.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of CFR, GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Certification/licensure as ATC/PTA/PT is a plus.
• Familiarity with outcome assessments and patient evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and confidentiality of research participants.
• Adhere to OSHA, GCP, GLP and infection control procedures.
• Coordinate initiation of study protocol and policies.
• Maintain data collection systems and assist with analysis.
• Recruit, instruct and coordinate research subjects as needed.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of technical support staff.
• Organize meetings and outreach activities related to research.
• Document correspondence and communication pertinent to the research.
• Interact with Principal Investigator, site personnel, Geneva Foundation, and funder.
• Maintain regulatory documentation for IACUC/IRB and sponsor communications.
