Job summary

The Geneva Foundation is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to assist the Principal Investigator and study team in coordinating research activities for the MIRROR program at Fort Jackson, SC. The role involves participant recruitment, data collection, regulatory support, and report generation.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety and confidentiality, maintaining regulatory documentation, coordinating study protocols, data systems, and liaison with the sponsor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-4 years experience in clinical research preferred.
• 2-4 years non-profit, research, or healthcare experience desired.
• Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication.
• Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a positive, friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and confidentiality of research participants at all times.
• Adhere to OSHA, GCP, GLP, and infection control procedures.
• Plan and coordinate initiation of research study protocol and policies.
• Maintain data collection and analysis systems in support of research protocol.
• Recruit, instruct and coordinate research subjects and/or volunteers as appropriate.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities of technical support staff engaged in research protocol.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and other research events.
• Document all correspondence and communication pertinent to the research.
• Interact with Principal Investigator, site personnel, The Geneva Foundation, and the funding organization.
• Comply with all rules and regulations at the duty station.
• Create and adhere to a data quality and QA plan.
• Assist with interim and annual reports and act as primary liaison at data collection site.
• Demonstrate proficiency in performing basic study related procedures.
• Maintain and update regulatory documentation for IACUC/IRB and sponsor communications.
