Job summary

The Geneva Foundation is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to support the MIRROR program at Fort Jackson, SC. You will assist the PI and study team with participant recruitment, data collection, regulatory tasks, and on-site support to advance musculoskeletal injury research for military readiness.

You will coordinate data collection and reporting, ensure safety and confidentiality, and interact with diverse stakeholders to ensure study success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
2-4 years experience in clinical research preferred.
Demonstrate competence in oral and written communication.
Must be organized, attentive to detail, and possess a positive, friendly and professional demeanor.
Must be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a diplomatic and professional manner.

Responsibilities

Promote safety and confidentiality of research participants at all times.
Adhere to OSHA, GCP, GLP, and infection control procedures.
Plan and coordinate initiation of research study protocol and operating policies.
Plan, implement and maintain data collection and analysis systems for research protocol.
Recruit, instruct and coordinate research subjects and volunteers as appropriate.
Coordinate day-to-day activities of technical support staff engaged in research protocol.
Organize and facilitate meetings and events related to research activities.
Document all correspondence and communication pertinent to the research.
Interact with Principal Investigator, site personnel, The Geneva Foundation, and funding organization.
