Job summary

Avacare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator for an on-site role in Tempe, Arizona. You will work closely with the study team to conduct trial activities in line with GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating 1–3 studies, recruiting participants, obtaining informed consent, maintaining study documents, and performing data entry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to apply GCP/ICH and applicable regulatory guidelines.
• Clinical Research Coordinator experience within a similar setting.
• Effective communication.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate as primary CRC on at least 1–3 studies of low to medium complexity with oversight.
• May assist as back-up CRC on other studies.
• Develop and implement patient recruitment strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Obtain informed consent of research subjects.
• Develop strong working relationships and maintain effective communication with study team members.
• Perform data entry and query resolution.
