Job summary

Suncoast Skin Solutions is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator to operate on-site in the Jacksonville, FL area. The CRC will support the PI in daily trial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, recruit participants, and manage study documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in clinical research, dermatology exposure, and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently with a team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a clinical research setting
• Dermatology experience preferred
• Established relationships with clinical liaisons in the pharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience training and mentoring staff preferred
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision; team player

Responsibilities

• Recruits potential study participants and performs intake assessments
• Maintains all record documents related to the study
• Point of contact for study participants
• Creates reports on each study, including notes on protocols, workload, data collection
• Collaborates with PI and department to respond to audit findings and implement recommendations
• Collaborates with PI and department to prepare a categorized budget
• Confirms accuracy and completeness of budget costs
• Attends meetings, events, and seminars to promote the study
• Collects specimens and inputs data into electronic systems
• Gathers data and ensures compliance with regulations
