Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field OR Registered Nurse, Respiratory Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist Clinical Licensure.
• Demonstrated experience in a Quality, Safety, Experience, Clinical Documentation Integrity or Physician Advisor related field.
• Trained in improvement science (Six Sigma, Lean, or Workout) and project management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain key organizational relationships across Intermountain Healthcare; focus on safety, outcomes and care experience.
• Administer department operations and reporting including budgets, planning, communications and resource allocation.
• Develop and share innovative initiatives that set new standards and reduce costs.
• Support implementation of clinical programs and care initiatives; care process models, core measures, patient safety.
