Job summary

Froedtert Health in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a skilled Dietitian to deliver medical nutrition therapy at our hospital campus. Under minimal supervision, you will assess, plan, implement, monitor, and document nutrition care for patients and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of direct patient care experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Dietetics from an ACEND accredited program is required; completion of an ACEND internship or coordinated program is required.
• Current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is required or candidate must be eligible; state certification in Wisconsin or documentation within 60 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy for patients identified by provider referral or nutrition screening.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; develop, implement, and monitor nutrition plans; document care and outcomes.
• Participate in compliance and quality improvement to enhance nutrition care across Froedtert Health.
