TouchPoint in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to elevate medical nutrition therapy in an inpatient setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and participate in independent order-writing privileges where allowed.

The role requires Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) status or eligibility with the CDR, licensure in Wisconsin, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible to obtain.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice or able to obtain licensure.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Education: provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support long-term wellness for patients, families, staff and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research in line with diet manual and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training.
