Job summary

Compass Group is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in acute care settings across Wisconsin sites, including Racine, Franklin, Appleton, and Milwaukee. You will perform nutrition assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical nutrition therapy and comprehensive nutrition assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based nutrition care and diet manual guidelines.
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction and care goals.
• Mentor dietetic interns and staff where applicable.
