Job summary
Forefront is seeking a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to lead clinical nutrition services at a rehabilitation facility in Billings, MT. You will assess residents, manage therapeutic diets, and provide counseling within an interdisciplinary team. Travel may be required as you support quality initiatives, menu reviews, and regulatory readiness.
The role reports to the VP of Operations with support from the Regional RD, contributing to resident wellness and safe, nutritious meal programs.
Qualifications
- Must hold the RDN credential and be eligible to practice as an RD in the state of Montana.
- Provide evidence-based clinical nutrition care in rehabilitation settings.
- Understand CMS/state regulations and participate in quality activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical nutrition services for residents and patients, including care plans.
- Ensure therapeutic diets are implemented accurately and monitored.
- Provide nutrition counseling to residents, families, and care teams.
- Participate in interdisciplinary care plan meetings and rounds.
- Support regulatory compliance, audits, menu reviews, and nutrition education.
