Job summary

Grande International Hospital in La Grande, Oregon seeks a Clinic Nurse Supervisor for Specialty Clinics. The role reports to the Clinic Manager and leads nursing staff to ensure high-quality care in the clinic setting.

Responsibilities include planning, developing, and organizing nursing services; coaching staff; and maintaining standards of care and regulatory compliance. Two years’ clinic experience preferred; Oregon RN license required; BLS/CPR current.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and Oregon RN license without restriction.
• Prefer prior supervision experience in a clinic.
• Coordination and management of interdepartmental and nursing communications.
• Identify problems, plan and implement solutions.
• Computer experience required.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) card.
• Two years’ experience in a clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and organize nursing service functions within the clinic.
• Act as a role model, resource, and coach to nursing staff.
• Provide ongoing support for professional development, standards of care and quality outcomes.
• Manage clinic duties and coordinate activities of the clinic nursing staff.
