Job summary

RINGANA is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Roanoke, VA to ensure accurate, efficient preparation and shipment of products. You will support picking, packing, labeling, quality checks, and handoff to carriers in a fast-paced, 100% on-site facility.

Ideal candidates have warehouse/shipping experience, basic computer skills, and forklift familiarity. The role requires English fluency, overtime flexibility, and reliability in a climate‑controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, packing, warehouse operations or a similar environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or similar applications.
• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Willingness and ability to work the assigned shift schedule and adapt to changing schedules as the business grows.
• Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed to support operational requirements.
• High level of accuracy, diligence and reliability.
• Strong quality awareness and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset, resilience and flexibility.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and ship products according to packaging guidelines.
• Store goods, assist with inventory activities, and handle returns.
• Sort and prepare packages for pickup by shipping carriers.
• Review delivery documentation and process product returns.
• Prepare products for shipment, including final packaging or rework as needed.
• Document packaging issues and sort products that do not meet quality standards.
• Conduct quality control checks and daily package inspections.
• Assist with shipping-related phone calls and order issues, including problem resolution.
• Arrange, clean, and maintain goods and work areas.
• Perform various tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
