Qualifications

• Proficient in QuickBooks, creating P&Ls, and balancing the books.
• Ability and willingness to learn financial concepts and products.
• Strong teamwork orientation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and ensure the office is clean and welcoming.
• Schedule meetings with product vendors and sponsors.
• Manage and distribute mail, and coordinate overnight mail deliveries.
• Manage QuickBooks, create P&Ls, and balance the books.
• Order office marketing materials and printer supplies; coordinate printer maintenance with vendors and Technology.
