Planate Management Group is seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to serve as the Special Inspector of Record (SIOR) at Naval Support Facility Indian Head, MD. This position requires expertise in structural engineering and hands-on inspection responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Professional Engineer with at least five years of experience in construction inspection. Benefits include medical insurance, 401K plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in construction inspection and structural engineering.
• Knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, and foundation construction practices.
• Experience with nondestructive testing and verification of load-bearing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Special Inspector of Record (SIOR) for assigned projects.
• Conduct on-site inspections of various constructions.
