Qualifications

• 2+ years facility related work experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of computer applications is necessary.
• Flexibility to work overtime and on-call schedule is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of building systems.
• Supervise engineering staff and manage performance reviews.
• Ensure safety hazards are identified and resolved.
• Manage contractor activities and oversee major projects.
