University of Missouri St. Louis (UMSL) seeks a Program/Project Support Coordinator I to coordinate the Charter School Office functions and support school evaluation, reporting, and compliance efforts.

The role involves scheduling, data handling, and collaboration with the Assistant Director to ensure timely execution of tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining the CSO website, processing documents, and supporting field visits and contractor arrangements, all while ensuring quality and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in program/project support or related field.
• Ability to work on-site in St. Louis, MO.
• Knowledge of and experience with educational program assessment and evaluation processes is preferred.
• Experience submitting Core Data and reporting with DESE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support functions for the UMSL Charter School Office to meet priorities.
• Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, procurement, and submissions.
• Prepare and review documentation for compliance with federal and state laws.
• Support data collection and reporting for school monitoring and renewal recommendations.
• Schedule meetings and respond to emails for the Executive Director.
• Maintain CSO website and meeting notes.
• Coordinate meetings and interviews for the APD and prepare materials.
• Order office supplies; manage contractor contracts.
