Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of cannabis industry experience.
• Strong analytical, chemistry, or lab experience preferred.
• Full understanding of METRC and Michigan cannabis regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel and daily spreadsheet management.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a state-required background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead all solventless extraction/ Vape Formulation / Flower infusion.
• Develop and maintain SOPs; train processing personnel.
• Oversee packaging of all formulated products.
• Coordinate finished goods for third-party testing.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory accuracy.
• Conduct routine inventory audits and METRC compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency and output.
• Maintain preventative maintenance for processing equipment.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and regulatory compliance.
