Job summary

DreamFields in Michigan is seeking a Processing Technician to join our Production team. You will support cannabis infusion and processing operations, monitor material quality, and ensure accurate inventory data and compliance with health and safety standards.

You will maintain logs, work closely with the Infusion team, and uphold production efficiency, cleanliness, and precise documentation in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience with inventory tracking, product safety, and maintaining high product quality.
• Professional kitchen or baking experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cannabis material during processing phases.
• Maintain electronic and paper logs for accurate weighing, tracking, and reporting of all inventory.
• Input data and manage the flow of production.
• Clean production areas to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with local and state health regulations.
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Follow appropriate quality control measures and in-process checks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
