Job summary

Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University is hiring a Site Advisor at Camp Pendleton, CA to serve as the sole ERAU contact for the site. You will manage academic advising, budget, compliance, and community relations, supporting student services and the local ERAU community.

This in-person role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong customer service and administrative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least three years of professional level experience, preferably working with students.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized advising and support for all assigned students.
• Assist students with course registration and degree planning.
• Counsel students regarding available options for financial aid, scholarships, tuition assistance, Veterans Affairs benefits, etc.
• Proactively contact students upon admission, during enrollment, and at other critical times during their academic career.
• Enter and maintain accurate student records on university platforms including Campus Solutions, Imaging, and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and collaborate with Senior Leadership to coordinate onsite course offerings.
• Identify events to establish community contacts and promote ERAU programs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations through liaising with authorities and internal departments.
• Develop, monitor, and manage the site's fiscal year budget and oversee inventory.
