Communities In Schools of Central Texas is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead campus-based services at Wooldridge Elementary School in Austin, TX. You will integrate CIS programming with school activities and supervise staff and volunteers to help students and families succeed.

You will coordinate counseling, parent engagement, case management, and community partnerships, while reporting to the Program Director, Campus-Based Services.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required; MSW preferred.
• Demonstrated English/Spanish speaking skills, highly preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.
• Experience working with parents/guardians and families.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with CIS staff and school personnel.

• Campus Management: maintain relationships with campus personnel and establish referral processes.
• Data Management and Evaluation: implement data systems to evaluate program effectiveness.
