Accredited Labs is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform calibration, testing, troubleshooting, and measurement services at customer facilities. This role emphasizes quality, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will travel to customer locations, maintain calibration records, and follow safety and quality procedures to uphold Accredited Labs' standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical and/or technical aptitude.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality workmanship.
• Ability to learn calibration procedures, equipment operation, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and verification of test and measurement equipment at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and measurement systems.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and technical information to customers.
• Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation.
• Follow quality procedures and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Travel to customer locations as required.
