Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Facilities CAD Technician to join a manufacturing campus as the on-site CAD resource for Cordova, IL. You will update AutoCAD and Revit drawings, verify field conditions, and ensure accurate, maintained facility records.

The role requires 5+ years in CAD/documentation, strong AutoCAD skills, and the ability to work independently on site with stakeholders. Potential for full-time conversion is noted, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CAD documentation, facilities documentation, drafting, or as-built drawing management.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit is highly preferred.
• Experience updating and maintaining as-built drawings, record documents, and facility CAD databases.
• Ability to perform site assessments and translate field conditions into accurate drawing updates.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills; on-site independence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated on-site CAD resource supporting a manufacturing facility.
• Update AutoCAD/Revit documentation to reflect accurate record conditions with plant input.
• Conduct field verification and QC to resolve discrepancies between drawings and site.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders on facility records.
• Maintain a digital database of as-built drawings and CAD files with proper version control.
