Job summary

Village Handcrafted Cabinetry in Lansdale, PA is seeking an experienced Field Finisher to complete finishing and touch-up work on custom cabinetry at customer job sites. The role requires hands-on finishing experience, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently while upholding our craftsmanship standards.

You will interact directly with clients and represent Village Handcrafted Cabinetry professionally on site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience spraying, staining, painting, and/or glazing cabinetry.
• Experience using and maintaining paint spraying equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect work for quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot finishing issues and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and team members.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to local job sites, with possible overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Spray, stain, paint, and glaze cabinetry at client sites.
• Prepare cabinetry for finishing, including sanding, taping, and masking.
• Perform finishing and touch-up work at customer job sites.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency.
• Properly use and maintain paint spraying equipment.
• Identify and resolve finishing issues while meeting project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Represent Village Handcrafted Cabinetry professionally on-site.
• Assist with additional finishing duties as needed.
