Job summary

Village Handcrafted Cabinetry in Lansdale, PA is seeking an experienced Field Finisher to complete finishing and touch-up work on custom cabinetry at customer job sites. The role requires hands-on finishing experience, detail orientation, and the ability to work independently while upholding our craftsmanship standards.

You will interact directly with clients and represent Village Handcrafted Cabinetry professionally on site.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience spraying, staining, painting, and/or glazing cabinetry.
• Experience using and maintaining paint spraying equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect work for quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot finishing issues and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and team members.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to travel to local job sites, with possible overnight travel.

Village Handcrafted Cabinetry is seeking an experienced Field Finisher to join our team. This position is responsible for finishing and touch-up work on custom cabinetry at customer job sites. We are looking for someone with hands-on cabinetry finishing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining our quality standards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is comfortable working directly with customers, and understands the level of craftsmanship expected in high-end custom cabinetry.
