Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Review and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support purchasing activities.
• Assist with procurement documentation and purchasing processes.
• Support data tracking, reporting, and purchasing-related reconciliations.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing workflows and efficiencies.
