Job summary

• Experience with Windows Server, Windows OS, Office Suite and networking equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot POTS, internet, hosted services, and data backup for business customers.
• Provide technical support for network products including VPN and firewall configurations.
• Setup, configure, and handle trouble calls for hosted VOIP services.
• Manage and support internal phone systems at all sites.
• Travel to customer sites for deployments and large projects.
• Assist IS Manager with internal PCs and printers.
• Support other technicians with remote assistance during peak periods.
• Respond to trouble calls from business customers to determine best solutions.
• Configure desktops prior to deployment and assist with site rollouts.
