Responsibilities

• Prepare nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications (e.g., E/1-2, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1/2/3) in the business context.
• Conduct client consultations and manage case intake.
• Mentor law clerks and paralegals.
• Research statutes, regulations, and case law.
• Maintain client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance.
• Participate in firm marketing and networking initiatives.
