Olde Wood Ltd. is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Magnolia, Ohio team.

You will create and maintain visual materials that represent our brand across digital and print, collaborating with marketing leadership to produce impactful assets from campaigns to product collateral. The role requires a strong portfolio in brand identity, print and digital design, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, print, and digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Express).
• Keen eye for detail, color, and typography.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Brand & Creative Direction - steward of Olde Wood's visual identity across marketing materials.
• Graphic Design - create print ads, emails, web assets, signage, brochures, catalogs, and sales documents.
• Product Photography - photograph flooring and coordinate on-site shoots with photographers.
• Image Editing - retouch product photography to reflect true color and tone; leverage AI tools for efficiency.
• Print Production - prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers to meet deadlines.
• Asset Management - organize and maintain digital asset library.
• Internal Resource - answer questions and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Software & Tools - use Google Ads, Shopify, Mailchimp, Zapier, and Unbounce when required.
