Job summary

Olde Wood Ltd. is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to develop and maintain our visual identity across digital and print platforms. You will partner with marketing leadership to create impactful assets for campaigns, advertisements, and collateral.

The role is full-time and on-site at our Magnolia, Ohio location, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-brand output and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
• 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, print, and digital design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Express)
• Keen eye for detail, composition, color, and typography
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Experience with product photography, editing, and image production preferred
• Continued willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment (i.e. handling product and equipment)

Responsibilities

• Brand & Creative Direction - Develop and steward Olde Wood's visual identity across materials
• Graphic Design - Produce print advertisements, email and web assets, signage, brochures, catalogs, and sales documents
• Product Photography - Photograph wood flooring and coordinate on-site shoots with 3rd-party photographers
• Image Editing - Edit/retouch product photography; use AI tools for efficiency
• Print Production - Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers and vendors
• Asset Management - Organize and maintain digital asset library
• Internal Resource - Be deeply knowledgeable about products and services and assist other departments
• Software & Tools - Use Google Ads, Shopify, Mailchimp, Zapier, Unbounce as needed
