Job summary

Central-California-Blood-Center is seeking an IRL/Blood Bank Supervisor to lead daily testing operations on-site. You will interpret results, supervise staff, and maintain regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires an active California CLS or CIS license and a minimum of 3 years in Blood Bank/Transfusion testing, with IRL/Trauma center experience highly preferred. The position is full-time with on-site work and on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active California CLS or CIS licensure required.
• 3+ years in Blood Bank/Transfusion testing.
• Experience in IRL and Trauma Centers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document immunohematology and donor/patient testing.
• Provide results to hospital customers and support QA activities.
• Manage staff training, PM schedules, and inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with CLIA, cGMP, FDA, and other regulations.
• Lead troubleshooting of test systems and coordinate with QA.
