Job summary

Azenta Inc. is seeking a Biorepository Site Technician for our on-site role in Princeton, NJ. You will manage sample receipt, QC, triage across departments, and maintain chain of custody ensuring sample integrity throughout handling and storage.

Work closely with R&D and site leadership to meet clinical and preclinical timelines, defrost and dispose of samples per policy, and document activities across Watson LIMS, POLARIS, and LabMatrix IT systems.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in related field required.
• 2–3 years of experience handling preclinical and clinical samples.
• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and QC samples, triage shipments to appropriate departments.
• Coordinate triage across R&D to support trial timelines.
• Defrost freezer, destroy samples as permitted, return to inventory.
• Coordinate with site leadership to anticipate customer needs.
• Perform tasks assigned by site leadership.
• Maintain chain of custody and ensure data integrity in systems
